Full Contour Zirconia

​

Full Contour Zirconia (Solid Zirconia) is a monolithic zirconia crown, bridge, screw-retained implant crown, inlay or onlay which eliminates the layer of porcelain over the crown thereby making it much stronger. Our Solid Zirconia restorations are fabricated using an enhanced translucent material which is highly esthetic and durable enough to be considered as a legitimate alternative to PFMs or cast gold restorations.

The chip proof durability of Solid Zirconia is ideal for bruxers who have destroyed natural teeth and is suitable for cases where occlusal space is limited.

Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, solid zirconia restorations are sintered over six hours at 1,500 °C. The final crown or bridge is then glazed to a smooth surface to reduce plaque accumulation.

IPS Empress Esthetic®

Empress Esthetic is an enhancement to Empress that increases the esthetics by providing greater translucence and vitality. The material delivers versatility especially for veneer restorations. Every IPS Empress Esthetic restoration has an enhanced leucite crystal structure which exhibits natural contours while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

IPS e.max

IPS e.max, by Ivoclar Vivadent, for crowns, bridges, onlays, inlays and veneers consists of a lithium disilicate core that provides optimum esthetics and strength. The absence of shrinkage optimizes fit, making it appropriate for implants and anterior or posterior crowns. e.max restorations can be bonded or cemented with resin ionomers. IPS e.max is available for both the Press and CAD/CAM technique.

3M™ ESPE™ Lava™ Crowns and Bridges are  Zirconia-based restorations overlaid with an approved veneering ceramic that offers superb fit, translucency and marginal integrity. The Lava frame zirconia substructure is made using CAD/CAM technology. The zirconia copings offer high strength while the veneering material provides the esthetics.

IPS e.max® Pressed veneers are ideal for your “No prep*” cases that require minimal shade change. Using exclusive techniques, we make the thinnest layered veneers available.

 

*Please be advised that the term “No-Prep” often requires a certain amount of enamel-contouring. The goal of “No-Prep” veneers is to provide the patient with the esthetics without any need of injection, drilling or pain.
